Two-year contract required for Nationwide 275. One- or two-year contract required for all other Nationwide Plans. Push to Talk will only work in the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. There is no nationwide coverage for Push to Talk. Push to Talk minutes are rounded to the next second. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless’ acceptable use policy at http://www.southernlinc.com/acceptable_use_policy.asp. There is no additional roaming charge for cellular calls made while in the SouthernLINC Wireless Nationwide Cellular Area. Roaming minutes will come out of anytime nationwide cellular minutes. Roaming indicator on phone will come on outside of SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area but it should not affect your rate scheme. All minutes will come out of the subscriber’s available anytime cellular minutes and are rounded to the next minute of each call. Once a subscriber’s cellular minutes are depleted, additional anytime cellular minutes will be $0.40 per minute. There is no additional charge for long distance calls, however, minutes will come out of the subscriber’s available anytime cellular minutes and are rounded to the next minute of each call. Nationwide Long Distance applies to calls which are initiated inside the continental United States and terminated inside the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Additional Push to Talk minutes on the $34.99 plan are $0.10 each and are rounded to the next second. Nights are defined as 9:00 PM to 6:59 AM Monday-Thursday; Weekends are defined as 9:00 PM Friday to 6:59 AM Monday. Unlimited Night and Weekend Cellular Minutes can be added to the $34.99 plan for an additional $5.99 per month. Unlimited Nationwide Mobile to Mobile Cellular Minutes can be added to the $44.99 plan for $4.99 per month. Text Messaging is $0.10 per message. Lite Voice Mail allows a user to have up to 5 messages in their mailbox and will keep messages for 5 days. Basic Voice Mail allows a user to have up to 25 messages in their mailbox and will keep messages for 7 days. Offer ends December 31, 2007. $200 early termination fee and a $35 activation fee may apply.
